 Hello I'm Aricz Elijah B. Magan i lived in Baybay city Leyte and currently studying at western Leyte college in Ormoc studying Bachelor of science in nursing, and i want to go over the world and help the people around the world  I like going places, watching beautiful scenery and just sit back and relax while listing to music but when i need to study i will not just sit back and relax but study hard for my future and the future of my family, i want to make them proud and give everything what they wanted and deserve. we can achieve our dreams and goals no matter what happens, join me where we plan our future to the brighter path.
The Positive Impact of Social and Physical Activity on Mental Health Engaging in social and physical activities is essential for maintaining and improving mental health, as numerous studies have shown a clear confections between an active lifestyle and enhanced psychological well being. First, physical activity releases endorphins, often referred to as "feel-good" hormones, which can alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression. Regular exercise not only boosts mood but also improves cognitive function, leading to better focus and productivity. Moreover, social interactions foster a sense of belonging and support, which are vital for emotional resilience. Participating in group activities, whether through sports or community events, can reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness, common contributors to mental health issues.  Finding Effective Study Strategies as a First-Year Nursing Student As a first-year nursing student, developing effective study strategies has been crucial to my academic success and overall well-being. To manage the demanding coursework, I began by creating a structured study schedule that finds specific times for each subject, to make sure I cover all material without feeling overwhelmed. I utilize active learning techniques, such as summarizing lecture notes in my own words and doing group study with my classmates, which reinforces my understanding. Additionally, I find various resources, including online videos and nursing textbooks, to give me a different learning styles. Forming study groups has also been useful, collaborating with peers allows us to share insights and clarify complex topics together. My Recent Experiences as a First-Year Nursing Student Transitioning into college as a first-year nursing student has been both exciting and challenging. From the moment I stepped onto campus, I was shock in a vibrant community of aspiring healthcare professionals. The tough coursework, including anatomy and physiology, has tested my time management skills and pushed me to develop effective study habits. forming study groups with my peers has given me a sense of companionships and support, essential for navigating the demanding curriculum. While the journey is filled with late nights and moments of self doubt, the passion for helping others and the commitment to becoming a compassionate nurse keep me motivated.
